Pinkers, Scallops & Slitters

We offer many styles of pinkers, scallops and slitters. Each of our textile and abrasive cutting blades are individually inspected for guaranteed sharpness and evenness on every tooth and edge. We have a wide variety of materials to choose from depending on the material you are cutting and also offer resharpening with a quick turn-around time.

Industrial Knives, Blades & Jaws

As a leading manufacturer of Industrial Knives and Blades, we supply the world with vertical and horizontal cut off blades as well as jaws and dies. Our blades are manufactured with the best tooling processes by craftsmen with an eye for perfection and a reputation for exceeding expectations. We inspect each of our blades to make sure they are flat, with a mirror finish. This creates less friction when the blades are in use, which in turn makes the tooling last longer. Our blades last longer, thus reducing downtime on your mills and allows you to spend less on your tooling budget at the end of your fiscal year.

Our waterjet team is highly skilled and will work with you to give you not only the best cut but will also work side-by-side with our design team to give you a product that exceeds your expectations.

Wire EDM

We have multiple Wire EDM machines that are highly efficient and a very knowledgable team that runs them. We work within +/- .0001 tolerances which generates high precision and superior, burr-free surface and edge finishes. We use our Wire EDMs for a wide range of projects that require tight tolerances and perfection.
